It has been four months since I have returned home and it has been a wonderful, blessed time. It has also been incredibly busy and suffice to say, the good habits I was building over my nun-run have dropped down the priority list a little.
One of the most helpful things for my spiritual life was to take 15 minutes every day and write down one thing I was grateful for, one thing I needed forgiveness for, and one thing I needed grace for. That has dropped off the grid as I have gone back to work and my usual social life. So this Lent I am committing to spending 5 minutes every day, reflecting and writing down one thing I'm grateful for.
Hopefully, over the next three years I can add to it and be back to where I was. Baby steps here people! To keep me accountable I am going to record it here on the blog. Please pray for me!
